Community standards

Anxious Andy is a supportive online community where you can feel at home talking about your mental health and connect with others who may understand what you are going through. We know what it’s like to struggle, therefore, we have created a safe place to listen, share and be heard. Whether you’re feeling that you are in a good place mentally right now, or struggling, it’s a safe place to share experiences and listen to others and know that you are not alone. The community is available to everyone 24/7.

Our values of peer support

We provide a welcoming place for people to make connections, learn from each other and feel inspired to take positive steps towards good mental health. The Anxious Andy community is not a crisis service and we ask all members to use the community safely and responsibly and reach out to professionals off site, should you need medical advice or any other form of support. You can visit for useful information.
